First I need to say that I am not a Doctor. I am not giving medical advice. I am not prescribing drugs or treatment options. Please work with your health care provider to understand what you can do in your specific situation. We are all beautifully unique in our body composition, please work with your trusted advisers to come up with a plan that works for you.
The resources below I have compiled from a variety of sources that have either been recommended to me or that I’ve found in my search for answers. I will update the list from time to time as my evolution continues.

No holds barred introduction to the power of fasting, Keto and the power you gain from both. This was the kick in the nuts I needed to stop my destructive eating and drinking habits. I am not a doctor. I am not a scientist. I am not prescribing any medicine. I am not recommending any medication, over the counter or not. I am not recommending any other supplements. The are my choices and my story. I hope that someday the main stream media, medical and big pharma players will pay attention to alternatives out there.
